すべての商品は、発送前に弊社にて製品を徹底的に検査しその品質を保証しています。明らかな不良品と確定できるもの以外は返品を受け付けません。購入した製品は、以下の条件にて交換することができます：
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent to ensure a high level of quality in the products you purchase from us. We can not accept for returns except finding to be faulty or damaged obviously. Your product(s) purchased can be exchanged under the following conditions:

1. 製品は未開封かつ元の状態であること
   Products must be unopened and in the original condition
2. 製品は注文日から7日以内に返送する必要があります
   Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods
3. 注文書やレシートなどの添付が必要です
   Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.
4. 必要な送料は全てお客様負担です
   You need to cover the postage to send it back to us and to send it again to your address. 
5. 返送前に交換理由の詳細をお申し付けください
   Please let us know about exchanging reasons and detail before send it back.
